چکیده
Abstract This work explores the following applications of graph theory to plasma chemical reaction engineering: assembly a weighted directional with key addition nodes, from published set data for air; visualisation probing network potentially useful or problematic pathways; running Dijkstra’s algorithm between all species nodes; further analysis engineering information such as which conditions, reactions, could be enhanced supressed favour particular outcomes, e.g. targeted formation. The use reaction-nodes combined derived parameters allowed large amounts regarding assessed simultaneously using leading open source software (Gephi). A connectivity matrix each two gave measure relative potential created and destroyed under specific conditions. Further investigation into led development quantify demand conditions formation: Optimal Condition Approaching via Reaction-In-Network Analysis (OCARINA). Predictions given by OCARINA display significant similarities well-known electric field strength regime optimal ozone production in air. Time dependent 0D simulations also showed preferential formation O· O 3 respective generated algorithm. These show identifying promising experiments devote resources.

Chemical Graphs, Chemical Reaction Graphs, and Chemical Graph Transformation
Chemical reactions are described by edge relabeling graph transformation rules, in which a substrate chemical graph is transformed into a product chemical graph by breaking existing bonds and creating new bonds between atoms. These edge relabeling graph transformation rules are themselves chemical graphs, where the order of a bond before the chemical reaction is distinguished from the order of ...
متن کاملApplication of Graph Theory to Chemical Kinetics, 3. Topological Specificity of Multiroute Reaction Mechanisms
A structural analysis and classification of the reaction networks of the multiroute reactions is made using the bipartite graph method. Simple submechanisms of the overall reaction mechanism are defined, so as to correspond to routes with minimal stoichiometric numbers. The possibility for balancing the intermediate species is advocated as the major classificational criterion which discriminate...
متن کاملChemical Graph Theory of Fibonacenes
Fibonacenes (zig-zag unbranched catacondensed benzenoid hydrocarbons) are a class of polycyclic conjugated systems whose molecular graphs possess remarkable properties, often related with the Fibonacci numbers. This article is a review of the chemical graph theory of fibonacenes, with emphasis on their Kekulé–structure–related and Clar–structure–related properties. ————————————————— ∗Supported ...
متن کاملChemical Reaction Theory : Summarizing Remarks
There is also some overlap with Discussion 67 (1979) on State-Selected Kinetics and Discussion 75 (1983) on Intramolecular Kinetics. However, the present symposium di†ers from all these in two very important ways : (1) condensed-phase reactions are also included, and (2) the discussion is focused exclusively on theory. With these aspects in mind one could include a number of earlier predecessor...
متن کاملGraph Theoretic Approaches to Injectivity in Chemical Reaction Systems
In this paper we discuss the question of how to decide when a system of chemical reactions is incapable of admitting multiple equilibria. Our results relate previously described linear algebraic and graph theoretic conditions for injectivity of chemical reaction systems. After developing a translation between the two formalisms, we show that a graph-theoretic test developed earlier in the conte...
